He said that there are many realistic giant trees and dinosaurs in "Jurassic World Adventure". "Without lights LED, tourists can't see them, but with ordinary lighting, the trees and dinosaurs look a bit 'fake', which weakens the excitement. In the initial construction plan, all lamps used were imported lamps. However, due to the epidemic in the later period, the procurement cycle from abroad has become longer, and the progress of the construction period will be greatly affected. The Chinese owner asked, "Can the theme LED lighting lamps be made in China?"
"The designer spent more than two years optimizing the construction of the LED lamps and lanterns. If they are made in China, will they have any concerns and worry that the creative effect will not be achieved?" Despite some concerns, the project team visited LED lamp factories across the country. After running more than 60,000 kilometers before and after, after a lot of research and parameter comparison, it is finally determined that Chinese lamps LED can meet the original design requirements in terms of safety, stability, compatibility and other parameters.
In order to produce excellent products in a short period of time, more than 20 people from the project lighting team worked overtime and prepared more than 40,000 pages of information. All samples filled a container. "Lights need to change color and darken, which not only involves the effect, but also involves the compatibility of the dimming cabinet, so we have to do tests in the factory." Yang Meng said, because the maintenance is very troublesome, the service life of these LED luminaries must be reached. It is expected that in terms of service life parameters, some Chinese products are better than foreign LED lighting products.
In July 2020, the team submitted the information and completed the test and acceptance of all lamps and lanterns LED samples at the same time. "The lamps LED are all very good. They fully meet the design requirements and agreed to replace them with Chinese lamps!" Finally, the project team impressed the American engineers with their excellent lighting LED products.
"This allows foreign engineers to understand that Chinese LED fixtures can also meet international standards. In the future, we hope to choose'Made in China' in the construction of other large-scale cultural tourism projects around the world."
