According to the "Shanghai Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting Energy-Saving Renovation of Road Lighting Facilities (2021-2023)", Shanghai plans to replace about 701,400 LED lamps in three years, of which 18,000 LED lights will be replaced in combination with overhead line entry and pole box renovation.
