Method of fixing Led street lighting lamp on cement roads
There are many ways to fix street light poles, the most common is to use prefabricated cement burying parts, or directly put the anchor cage into the dug earth pit and then pour it with cement. These two methods are the most practical and commonly used. I have introduced to you in the previous article that there are still many differences between the installation process of precast cement embedded parts and pouring embedded parts, but the process is the same. What I want to share with you today is another fixed form, which is rare, but it does exist.
A few days ago I received a call from a customer saying that he wanted to order 80 sets of solar street lights with a height of 8 meters. As a salesperson, the first reaction he made when receiving an inquiry call was to understand the configuration, and he would subconsciously ask What kind of light source, what kind of light pole color, what kind of battery is required by the customer. When asked what kind of embedded parts are needed, the customer's answer "No need for embedded parts" surprised me. This is also really strange. This is the first time I have encountered this kind of thing. How can I fix it without embedded parts? This curious fog didn't disappear until I walked into the construction site. It turned out that the house was built in advance.
Speaking of this, many friends may feel inexplicable, and this kind of thing is worth talking about? Don’t worry, there is still content behind, the embedment is built, but it is no different from nothing. I don’t know how they did it. They built a flat concrete pier without an exposed anchor screw, which means that the concrete pier does not have the conditions for fixing street light bulbs at all.
At this time, the problem is coming. It is easy to say that a LED outdoor street light with a height of 3-5 meters is easy to say. It is no problem to put four expansion screws on the cement pier, but the outdoor lighting street light of 8 meters is different. The requirements are very high. Simply using a few expansion screws to fix a outdoor lighting LED street lamp at this height can be said to be a fantasy. I don’t think anyone dares to take risks to do so. But we took this project, and we did it just like that, and the results proved to be really good, even stronger than the cast embedded parts.
The only way to encounter this situation is to use expansion bolts, but the expansion bolts I mean are not the kind we usually use, but "chemical ground anchors". You can learn more about it by searching for this product on the Internet. I won’t explain too much about its performance here. I just want to tell everyone that this kind of thing is really useful. There is no need to question its bearing capacity. There is no problem at all. Even if the bolt is broken, it can’t be pulled out. These are the conclusions we have reached after personal testing.
I hope that the above experience can be helpful to everyone. When faced with problems, we must not be timid or retreat, but must work hard to find a solution to the problem. Only in this way can we receive more and more orders.
