1. Intelligent lighting system. In 2021, 30,000 LED energy-saving lamps in the second phase of the park will be replaced to realize the centralized zone control of the whole building, remote operation of mobile phones, and timing scene setting. 2. Ground source heat pump system, using underground soil, the characteristic of constant 17 degrees throughout the year, the embedded heat exchanger uses circulating water to heat up the cold water in winter and cool down the hot water in summer to save electricity for air conditioning.
3. High-efficiency centrifugal air-conditioning system, through intelligent optimization and control of two large and one small air-conditioning units and variable frequency water pumps, to ensure that the system runs in the best conditions.
4. The light pipe daylighting system efficiently collects outdoor natural light through the light hood, and then transmits it through the light pipe, and finally illuminates the basement evenly and efficiently by the diffuser at the bottom.
5. The total heat recovery runner system is an energy-saving device that recovers the energy lost during ventilation. When the fresh air enters the building, most of the heat and moisture contained in the outdoor air are discharged, and they are gathered in the runner. Only the polluted air is discharged to the outside, which reduces the energy consumption of air conditioning by 10%.
6. Vacuum tube solar system, solar radiation passes through the transparent outer glass tube and is absorbed by the heat-collecting film of the inner glass tube. The vacuum layer is used to ensure that the radiant energy is difficult to escape, and the radiant energy is efficiently converted into heat energy.
7. Test the computer room waste heat recovery system. During the transition season, recover the waste heat of the air conditioning unit in the test computer room, convert the cooling water heat into the heating and hot water required by the office area, and greatly reduce the use of natural gas, which can heat the park in advance. Can reduce carbon emissions. On the basis of effectively reducing ineffective and inefficient energy, we will continue to improve the energy utilization efficiency of the park, and strive to create a green park with "energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency and first-class".
[Innovation] The smart park system and the smart lighting system are integrated and applied, and through the data cross-checking of multiple systems, the rapid discovery and timely disposal of "unmanned areas and invalid periods" are realized. The staff used the video surveillance system in the main control center of the park to customize a special template for lighting inspections in unmanned areas, and conduct regular rounds of inspections. At the same time, they use energy consumption measurement software to check, and independently measure the four areas of each floor in the south, east, north, and west. Big data analysis was performed on the electricity meter. Once the electricity consumption of LED lighting fixtures in "no man's area, invalid period" was found, the mobile phone client of the intelligent lighting system was used to turn off the LED lights in different areas, and good results were achieved.
[Results] After the application of a variety of energy-saving technologies and energy-saving management measures, the power consumption of the second phase of the International Information Port Park has been effectively reduced. The total power consumption of the lighting system alone will drop by 24% from January to May in 2021 compared with the same period in 2020. , Save about 80,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity, reduce "carbon dioxide" by about 80 tons (calculated based on saving 1 kilowatt-hour of electricity = reduce 0.997 kilograms of "carbon dioxide"), and take practical actions to create a low-carbon park.
