1. Install the baseline to ensure that the installation height of the Smart LED Tunnel Lights is the same, and then install the profesonal led tunnel lighting in the position of the position fixing device in the structure diagram.
2. Lamp holder installation: install the LED tunnel lamp holder in a certain position, pay attention to the lamp model, the hole distance and the mutual distance of the lamp holder.
3. Bulb installation: Install the bulb and bulb before turning on the bulb according to the model shown in the figure, and install the light source, trigger, rectifier and capacitor correctly.
4. Wiring: When connecting, press the three-phase A, B, and C to click the link light to keep the three-phase current balance. If a cable is needed to protect the cable, the tunnel lighting fixtures connection wire will wear a protective tube.
5. Debugging: After the module LED Tunnel Lighting installation and wiring are completed, debug each circuit separately to make a single circuit normal.
6. If the cycle debugging is normal, please fix the end of the bulb. When fixing, the uniformity method is required, and the linearity is neat and beautiful.
Cabling
Cable laying is divided into main cable, branch cable and grounding cable
1. Prediction: The installation path is determined by the verification site. The method of laying cables is to pre-test the existing embedded pipelines or other equipment configurations and buried pipelines to make the cables lay normally. In the tunnel structure, use distribution box embedded pipes, distribution boxes equipped with bridge embedded pipes, arc embedded pipes, other pipes, drawings pre-filled pipes and small diameter pipes to check the cable trench. Perform statistics and send statistical data packages to the supervisory office. Negotiate your treatment plan and manage it as soon as possible.
2. Cable trench bracket installation: Need to put the cable into the trench, first measure the cable trench, and reasonably design the cable trench according to the actual situation, and purchase on time. When installing, draw a baseline first, and then determine the installation position of the bracket before installation, so that the height of the bracket remains unchanged.
3. Flat cable trench laying: cables are laid in the cable trench, the ground wire is flat steel, and the ground flat steel is welded before laying the cable. The flat steel needs to be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. The flat steel joint must be completely welded. The length of the flat steel should be at least twice the width of the flat steel. The flat steel should be tightly welded with each cable trench support, and the ground electrode should be placed at a certain distance. The welding treatment adopts anti-corrosion treatment, and the export ground flat steel is combined with the ground.
