As we grow older, the risk of serious fall injury increases. Although many people tend to connect injuries with outdoor activities, lots of the serious slip and fall accidents occur at home. This means that taking preventive measures to reduce the chance of falling at home is becoming more and more important. The first and most important thing for you to to is to install suitable led lighting lamps. Keep below tips in mind:

Begin with your living space.

Ensure that all the most commonly used rooms in your home are fully illuminated with led indoor lighting. This may include bathrooms, stairs, kitchens, living room, hallways, and all bedrooms. For those areas which you don't use them very often, like garages and attics, you still need to ensure that they have enough lighting.

Remember the outdoors.
