What are the problems of solar street lights in heat rejection applications

For the road street lamp, if it is to be used for a long time, its heat rejection problem is a problem that must be concerned. The heat rejection of solar street lights in the whole process of application is one of the key problems that must be dealt with. This is not only immediately related to the high efficiency of lighting during specific work, but also because solar street LED lights have high chromaticity requirements, large heating values, and outdoor natural environment of the application is relatively harsh. If the heat removal is not good, the light source will immediately become brittle and the reliability will be reduced.

1. Common faults of the battery

The lighting time of solar street Lamps and high pole lights is shortened, especially in rainy days, the light source is not enough, and the battery energy storage technology declines. This may be caused by common failures of the battery. The difficulty can be solved by only replacing with a new battery.

2. The whole light is off

Check the control panel of the lamp. If the control panel seeps, the indicator light will not be easy to illuminate. If everything on the control board is normal, please check if the battery is powered, dead or the working voltage is less than the required specification, so that the bulb cannot work normally, just remove and replace the battery board.

3. Light source problem

In other words, solar LED street lights and high-pole light sources themselves have product quality problems, such as weak electric welding or common failures in the lamp socket. The existence of this problem will endanger the application of LED solar streetlights.

4. Route problem

The wiring of LED solar road lights and high-pole light bulbs is not very well connected, causing damage to the performance of the bulbs, and even the performance of the bulbs cannot be used. Therefore, the application of solar road LED lights and high pole lights can be repaired only by repairing the connection.
