What are the techniques for the later maintenance of solar street lights?
At present, many areas in the world are promoting all in one solar light, especially in the construction of new areas. In some areas, led solar street lights are used on a large scale. The advantage of solar street lights is that there is no need for electricity, and each set of solar street lights outdoor has an independent system, even if one set is damaged, it will not affect the normal use of others. Compared with traditional city circuit street lights which the later maintenance is complicated, and the later maintenance of street solar lamps is much simpler. Although it is simple, it requires certain skills.

1. The poles of solar street lights should be windproof and waterproof.
The poles of solar street lamps must be made according to the different places of use. The size of the battery panels must be used to calculate different wind pressures, and the poles that can withstand the local wind pressure must be planned. The hot-dip galvanized plastic spraying process is used, and the battery module bracket is used. The planning point of view should be based on the local latitude to plan the best installation point, especially the lamp body and pole should be firmly fixed.
2. The quality of solar panels directly affects the use of the system
The integrated solar street light must be supplied by a company certified by an authority with solar battery modules.
3. The LED light source of the solar outdoor street lights must have a stable peripheral circuit
The power supply voltage of led outdoor solar street is mostly 12V or 24V. Our commonly used light sources include high-efficiency and energy-saving LED lights. There is no need for low-voltage DC electronic ballasts that require high reliability like traditional high-pressure sodium lamps.
4. Application and protection of batteries in solar street lights
The discharge capacity of the integrated solar photovoltaic battery is closely related to the discharge current and the ambient temperature. The increase in the discharge current or the decrease of the temperature will reduce the battery utilization, capacity and life. When the ambient temperature is below 25°C, the battery float life is 6-8 years; when the ambient temperature is 30°C, the battery float life is 4-5 years; when the ambient temperature is 30°C, the battery float life is 2- 3 years; when the ambient temperature is 50°C, the floating charge life of the battery is 1-5 years.
5. Solar street lights must have a more intelligent control system
Energy solar street light have good battery components and batteries. It needs an intelligent control system to integrate them into a whole.
