CE certification is a passport for products to enter the European Union and European Free Trade Zone countries. To enter the European Union and the European Free Trade Area, the products of any country must be CE certified, and the CE mark should be affixed to the product. CE certification means that the product has reached the safety requirements stipulated by the EU directives; products affixed with the CE mark will reduce the risk of being sold in the European market. It is especially reminded that CE certification must be handled in a notified body authorized by the EU.
The LED lamps CE inspection project has the following five aspects:
1.EMC-EN55015
2.EMC-EN61547
3.LVD-EN60598
4. If it is an LVD with a rectifier, it is generally EN61347
5. EN61000-3-2/-3 (test harmonics)
CE includes EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and LVD (Low Voltage Directive). EMC is composed of EMI (interference) and EMS (anti-interference), LVD refers to safety security. Generally, the AC for low-voltage products is less than 50V. Low-voltage products only need to test EMC and issue a CE-EMC certificate, high-voltage products are required to apply EMC and LVD test, and gets reports of CE-EMC and CE-LVD.
EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)--EMC test standard (EN55015, EN61547), the test items include the following aspects:

2. conduction conduction
3. ESD static electricity
4. CS conduction anti-interference
5. RS radiation anti-interference
6. EFT pulse.
LVD (Low Voltage Directive)—LVD test standard (EN60598), the test items include the following aspects:
1. Failure (test)
2. Impact
3. Vibration
4. Shock
5. Electrical Clearance
6. Creepage distance
7. Electric shock
8. Fever
9. Overload
10. Temperature rise test.
CE is a mark representing that the product has complied with the European safety/health/environmental protection/sanitation series of standards and directives. All products sold in the EU market are subject to mandatory CE certification.
