LED panel light structure

1. Product structure

Frame: Frame strength affects durability

The frame is an important part of the led ceiling panel light, and the high-strength frame makes the panel light more durable. The side frames of panel led light use different materials, and their heat dissipation performance is also different.

2. Diffusion plate: different materials have different light transmittance

The function of the diffuser is to evenly disperse the light of the light guide plate, and it can also play the role of blurring the dots. The materials used mainly include acrylic, PC, PS, etc.

3. Light guide plate: The plate has a great influence on the light effect

The function of the light guide plate is to refract the light parallel to the direction of the light transmission plate into the direction perpendicular to the light transmission plate, and the light which is refracted by the light guide plate to the back of the led ceiling light panel by the reflective paper is reflected.

Generally speaking, the light effect of the light guide plate largely depends on the dot design, followed by the choice of the plate.

4. Power supply: high efficiency in constant current power supply mode

Slim panel light has two drive power modes, one is a constant current power supply, this mode has high efficiency, with a PF value of up to 0.95, which is cost-effective; the other is a constant voltage with constant current power supply, which has stable performance, but low efficiency and high cost.
