How do solar street light brand manufacturers install street lights?


In order to ensure the safety of people traveling at night and reduce traffic accidents caused by dim lighting, the government now mostly uses best solar LED street lights with excellent lighting effects to save energy and protect the environment. In order to ensure the normal use of the device, the installation process needs to perform the following steps.

First determine the position of the standing solar street lamp by pouring into the foundation. Reserve (dug) a standard foundation pit at the position of the vertical lamp; the concrete poured in the foundation pit should be able to bear 1.5 times the weight of the
led street light pole, and it should be placed in the cage of the embedded component. The embedded part is placed in the middle of the square hole, one end of the PVC threaded pipe is placed in the middle of the embedded part, and the other end is placed in the battery. Pay attention to keeping the embedded parts, the foundation and the original ground at the same level (or according to site needs, keep the top of the screw and the original ground at the same level), one side should be parallel to the road. In this way, you can ensure that the solar LED street post is Upright rather than inclined. Then use not less than C20 concrete to pour and fix. After the construction is completed, the residual mud on the positioning plate should be removed in time, and the impurities on the bolts should be removed with waste oil. 

Secondly, the output positive and negative poles of the solar cell module installed on the solar panel must be taken to avoid short-circuiting before connecting the controller. When connecting the solar cell module with the bracket, it should be firm and reliable. The output wire of the module should be avoided to be exposed and fixed with a cable tie. The battery module should face south.

Then the battery placed in the control box must be handled gently to prevent the control box from breaking. The connection line between the batteries should be bolted to the battery terminal, and copper gaskets should be used to improve conductivity. The output line has been Connect to the battery. Under no circumstances should it be short-circuited to avoid damage to the battery. The output wire of the battery and the controller on the pole must be connected through a PVC threaded pipe. After completing the above operations, please check the wiring of the controller to prevent short circuits. Please close the door of the control box after normal operation.


Then fix each part of the lamp: fix the solar panel on the solar panel bracket, fix the solar LED lighting street holder on the arm, then fix the bracket and arm on the main pole, and screw it to the control box (battery box) with a connecting wire. Then it is normal to work in a simple debugging system, loosen the connection wire of the solar panel on the controller to make the LED solar powered street lamp light source work, connect the solar panel cable and the indicator light goes out.

At the same time, carefully observe the change of the indicator light on the controller. Everything is normal, you can hoist installation, and put the battery into the battery box. Debug whether the system is working normally. Loosen the solar panel cable on the controller, the
solar street lamp is on. When connected to the solar panel cable at the same time, the all in one solar powered street light is off. And then carefully observe the change of the indicator light on the controller, everything is normal and the control box can be sealed.
