Application and requirements of subway tunnel lamps
A subway tunnel is actually a kind of railway tunnel. Unlike traditional railway tunnels, most trains use catenary/rail DC power supply, and most of the traction systems use AC drive systems with variable voltage and frequency conversion, which will not generate a lot of exhaust gas in the tunnel. The requirements for lamps and lighting values are also different. And it does not have the problem of brightness changes caused by entering and exiting the tunnel, so there is no need to strengthen the lighting design. As the speed of the subway is very high, it is easier to deal with the stroboscopic problem in the arrangement of the lamps.
Subway station lighting is divided into: station hall, station platform, exit passage, stairs and office. The lighting brightness requirements are relatively high, and 40W traditional fluorescent lamps are generally used for lighting. The arrangement density of the lamps is high, and the power consumption is very large. Under the normal power supply, it needs 24 hours of uninterrupted lighting. 12W white lamps can be used instead of traditional 40W fluorescent lamps. Because of the high color rendering of the LED light source, not only a large amount of electricity can be saved, but the led lighting effects can also be greatly improved. The service life of LED fluorescent lamps is much higher than that of traditional fluorescent lamps, and it can also save a lot of maintenance costs.
The subway tunnel is humid, watery, and poorly ventilated. Subway tunnel lighting fixtures should have the characteristics of waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant, good sealing performance, good heat dissipation, and the protective lamps should reach IP65 (no water can enter when washing the Subway-Lighting lamps). The lamp has simple structure requirements, convenient installation, and convenient operation when repairing and replacing the light source led. Lamps and lanterns should have good anti-vibration performance. Under the conditions of subway vibration, it can ensure that the light source has a high service life. The light efficiency of the led lamp should be greater than 60 lm/W. The lamp should have a certain shading performance to avoid affecting the driver's vision. The light source can be a 3W white LED lamp. When using energy-saving fluorescent light sources, emergency lighting needs to be able to achieve both AC and DC functions and instant start. LED lighting lamps are the best choice. Because when lighting emergency, the substation sends out 220V DC power; when lighting normally, the substation sends out 220V AC power. The power of LED light lamps is only 3W, which is equivalent to the luminous flux of 60W incandescent lamps. And the life of LED lights lamps is 50,000 hours, while the life of incandescent lamps is only 1,000 hours. After economic and technical comparison, the use of LED lights can not only greatly save energy, but also save operation and maintenance costs.
