In addition, choose direct current or use a frequency conversion electronic ballast to increase the electrical frequency of the LED lamp from 50 Hz to 5500 Hz to reduce the occurrence of stroboscopic and myopia.

The light LED source with low color temperature is yellowish, which is a warm color, and the slightly warmer color temperature is warm, suitable for rest and helps sleep. The LED lighting source with high color temperature is whitish, which is a cool color, which is exciting. It is recommended that children use LED table light with a color temperature of about 4000K, and ensure that the color temperature is not too strong or too warm.

If the table top is smooth or high in brightness, it is easy to produce dazzling reflections when the light of the table shines on the table top. You can lay a non-reflective table mat to reduce the reflection, thereby reducing the irritation and discomfort to the eyes. At the same time, it is recommended that the light of the LED desk lamp be projected from the upper left, so that it will not block the children's writing and reading light, and will not produce glare.
