Solar LED becomes a new generation of energy and light source


The basic principle of the solar LED automatic lighting system is that when there is light, the solar panel absorbs sunlight and converts solar radiation energy directly or indirectly into electrical energy through the photoelectric effect or photochemical effect. The main material of most solar panels is "silicon", but due to the high production cost, it has certain limitations in its widespread use.

Solar panel converts light energy into electric energy to charge the battery and store the electric energy in the battery. At night, the electrical energy in the battery is semiconductor light-emitting diodes. LED charging and luminescence play the effect of lighting. The system adopts fully automatic working mode without manual intervention. It can adopt sound, light or time delay control mode to achieve "led lights on when people are on, lights off when people go" (referring to corridors, corridors, etc.) or "light on when dark, time delay Turn off the lights" (referring to roads, courtyards, scenic spots, etc.) or "always not extinguished" 24 hours a day (referring to underground parking lots, tunnels, etc.).

Technical characteristics

The characteristics and advantages of the solar LED automatic lighting system are embodied in the following aspects:   

1. The hybrid control technology of analog and digital. The solar LED automatic lighting control system uses photosensitive elements to detect the
solar LED light intensity in the evening, inputs analog signals to the control system, and through digital circuit processing, it can automatically turn on the lighting circuit when the darkness is appropriate, and intelligently handle some short-lived abnormalities, like Dim lighting of the night.  

2. Multiple LED pole lights share a set of solar photovoltaic systems. All
LED solar lighting fixtures adopt centralized power supply, centralized control technology, and have overcharge and overdischarge protection devices. 3. Using semiconductor light-emitting elements LED as the light source to assemble
street lamps and other large-scale lighting fixtures. Many small lamps are assembled with LEDs as light sources, but energy-saving lamps are generally used as light sources in large lamps such as solar street lamps in China.  

4. The control of battery working status. The battery is a key component of solar lighting. Since the system must have a redundant design, the battery capacity is relatively large, which affects its work activity, resulting in a gradual decrease in effective capacity. In the system, the battery capacity is selected flexibly, intelligently combined, and overcharge, overdischarge and anti-recharge protection settings are carried out, which can double the effective capacity time of the battery. This technology is used in large street lamp systems and large landscape lighting. The application effect in the system is particularly obvious.
